Step 1

Step 1
How to make pearl barley with stewed meat in a slow cooker? Prepare your ingredients. You can use any stew; give preference to homemade stew or stew from a trusted manufacturer. Before cooking, sort the pearl barley and rinse with warm water. Before cooking, the cereal should be soaked in cold water to reduce cooking time. The soaking time for pearl barley is 2 — 3 hours (for 1 kg of barley, take 2 — 2.5 liters of water). The weight in the cereals is indicated before soaking.

Step 2

Step 2
Turn on the multicooker to the “Frying” mode. Carefully open the can of stew and mash its contents with a fork. Place the stew into the multicooker bowl. Fry the stew with the lid open, stirring constantly, for about five minutes.

Step 3

Step 3
Wash and peel the carrots and onions. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the onion randomly. Add the chopped vegetables to the multicooker cup and fry them in a bowl with the lid open for about 10 minutes. Donʼt forget to stir.
