Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground hot pepper to taste
Mustard 1 tsp
Parmesan 50 g
Chicken fillet 600 g
White bread 3 g
Almond 50 g
Herbal mixture (dried herbs basil, oregano, thyme, whatever you like) to taste
Kefir 1 cup

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, choose any shape — squares, stripes, the main thing is that the pieces are as identical as possible.

Place the fillet in a bowl, pour in kefir, add mustard, salt and pepper. Salt and pepper can be added purely symbolically, since we will add them to the breading.

For breading, we either take ready-made crumbs or prepare them ourselves. I simply dried the loaf slices in a dry frying pan and chopped them. Place almonds (I peeled them, but this is not necessary) and dried bread into the bowl of the food processor. Grind everything into crumbs.

Add grated cheese, dried herbs, salt and pepper. Mix. Our breading is ready.

Bread the chicken fillet on all sides and place on a wire rack.

Bake chicken nuggets in an oven preheated to 190 C for about 20 minutes or until crispy, just be careful not to dry out the fillet.

Let the chicken nuggets cool slightly and serve. Delicious both cold and hot. Serve with sauce. I served it with caramel tomato sauce. Bon appetit!
