Basic:

Salt to taste
Chicken breasts 600 g
Dry spices (I have Italian herbs) 1 tsp
Paprika 2 tbsp

How to bake a chicken breast in a sleeve in the oven? Prepare your food. I used chilled breast, but you could also use ready-made fillet. If your chicken is frozen, then defrost it by moving it from the freezer to the bottom shelf of the refrigerator in advance. Vary the quantity and set of spices according to your taste and desire.

Wash the chicken and pat dry with paper towels. If you, like me, have breasts, then remove the skin from it. Then use a sharp knife to separate the meat from the bones. Donʼt throw away the bones — they are great for broth.

Rub the chicken breast fillet with sweet paprika and salt on both sides. Sprinkle dry spices on top. Leave the chicken in this form for 20 minutes so that it is saturated with the aromas of the spices.

Take a baking sleeve and place the breast in it. Tie the ends of the sleeve either with a knot or with special ties that come with the sleeve.

I cut off the ends of the ties and the bag so they wouldnʼt get in the way when baking. Using a toothpick, make several punctures in the sleeve to allow excess steam to escape.

Place the chicken sleeve in a suitable form or simply on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 200°C, top-bottom mode. Bake the breast for about 30 minutes. Determine the exact baking time and temperature based on your oven.

Remove the finished breast from the oven. Cut the sleeve and serve it with any side dish.

This breast is also very tasty when served cold. It can be used instead of sausage for sandwiches and salads. I make homemade Caesar with this chicken.
