Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make meatballs with cheese in sour cream sauce? Prepare everything you need for this. You can choose any meat. It will be tastier if you use two types of meat, for example, like I have pork and chicken. Pour milk over the loaf and leave to sit for a while.

Step 2

Step 2
Scroll the meat through a meat grinder and turn it into minced meat. Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and finely chop. Place the minced meat in a bowl and add the onion and egg.

Step 3

Step 3
Add some salt and spices. If desired, you can add a little garlic. Squeeze the loaf from the milk and add it to the bowl with the minced meat. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and beat the meat mixture into the bottom of the bowl. Just throw the mince into the bowl. This is necessary so that the meat mass becomes denser and products made from it do not fall apart during the cooking process.

Step 4

Step 4
Using wet hands, form large balls from the meat mixture and place a piece of cheese inside each ball. Then close the cheese and roll the ball more tightly.

Step 5

Step 5
For baking, you can use any heat-resistant form. It can be metal, glass or ceramic. Grease the bottom and sides of the bowl with vegetable oil and place all the resulting meatballs into it.

Step 6

Step 6
In a separate bowl, combine tomato paste with sour cream and add water.

Step 7

Step 7
Pour the resulting sauce over the meatballs. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40-50 minutes. When baking, rely on your oven.

Step 8

Step 8
The finished meatballs will be slightly browned, and some may have melted cheese peeking out. Remove the pan from the oven and place the meatballs on plates.

Step 9

Step 9
These meatballs can be complemented with any side dish or fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
