Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make chicken in beer in the oven? Prepare your food. You can take a whole chicken carcass or any parts of it. I use chicken drumsticks in this recipe. Rinse the chicken in running water and dry it well with a paper towel so that no excess moisture remains on it. Place all parts in a large bowl.

Step 2

Step 2
Sprinkle chicken with paprika, salt and pepper.

Step 3

Step 3
Mix well, rubbing the spices into the chicken. Try to ensure that the spices are evenly distributed throughout all the pieces. Let the chicken sit for an hour.

Step 4

Step 4
Prepare a baking pan for baking. Place chicken drumsticks in it.

Step 5

Step 5
Fill everything with beer so that the chicken is halfway in it. Place the pan with the chicken in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 1 hour. Periodically open the oven and pour the resulting sauce over the chicken or simply turn all the pieces over. To test the chicken for doneness, pierce it with a knife. If light juice comes out, the chicken is ready.

Step 6

Step 6
The finished chicken turns out rosy and very appetizing. It can be served as a stand-alone snack or complemented with any side dish, such as potatoes or rice. Serve the chicken hot. Bon appetit!
