Basic:

Garlic 3 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Zira (ground) 0.25 tsp
Ginger (or 2 cm fresh root) 0.5 tsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Tomato juice 0.5 cup
Curry 0.25 tsp
Brown sugar 0.25 tsp
Chicken wings (OK. 10 pieces.) 1 kg
Red wine vinegar 4 tbsp

How to make crispy wings in the oven? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. If you have fresh ginger, grate it on a fine grater. If desired, you can change the quantity and composition of spices to your taste.

Peel the garlic and grate it on a fine grater. Place it in a bowl. Add vegetable oil, ginger (if you have it dried) and spices.

In another bowl, combine sugar and vinegar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Pour vinegar with sugar, chopped ginger (if you have fresh ginger), and garlic with spices into tomato juice.

Mix everything well to combine the oil and tomato juice.

Pour the marinade into a container with a tight-fitting lid or, better yet, into a large, tight bag. Place the wings in the marinade, close the container (bag) and shake so that all the wings are evenly covered with the marinade.

Leave the wings to marinate for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven on grill mode to 220°C. Heat the grate and coat it with grease or vegetable oil using a silicone brush or crumpled paper towels. Place a parchment-lined baking sheet under the rack to prevent fat from dripping onto the bottom of the oven. Remove the wings from the container, shake off the marinade and place them on a wire rack. Bake wings for 20-25 minutes, turning frequently and brushing with remaining marinade.
