How to make rice with chicken in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For baking, you can use any part of the chicken, either with bones or just chicken fillet. I take a whole chicken and just chop it into pieces. Choose steamed long grain rice. This rice cooks more slowly, so there is less chance of turning it into porridge. It should turn out crumbly.

Rinse the rice several times in cold water. then drain all the water from it completely. For baking, take any heat-resistant form. It can be glass, metal or, like mine, ceramic. But it should be deep, as the rice will increase in size during baking. Spread the washed rice over the bottom of the pan.

Stir the tomato paste in water and pour the rice into the mold.

Chop the chicken into pieces, rinse in cold water and place in a pan on top of the rice. Press the chicken pieces into the rice a little.

Peel, rinse and cut the carrots into slices and add to the chicken and rice. Pass the garlic through a press directly into the mold. Add a little salt and spices to taste. Cover the pan with foil and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20 minutes. Then remove the foil and brush the chicken pieces with vegetable oil until they brown. Leave in the oven without foil for another 20-30 minutes. During this time, the chicken will brown on the outside.

During baking, the rice will increase in size and become soft. Remove the dish from the oven, arrange on plates and serve. Bon appetit!
