Sour cream 120 g
Chicken breasts 400 g

Peel the onions and carrots and rinse them in running water to remove any dirt. Chop the onion not very finely, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Cut the chicken into small pieces and roll in flour. Make sure that the flour evenly coats each piece of meat on all sides.
