Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make eggs and ham? Prepare the necessary products. Take odorless vegetable oil. Choose good quality ham; the main taste of the dish will depend on this.

Step 2

Step 2
Cut the ham into small random slices about 0.3 cm thick.

Step 3

Step 3
Beat the eggs into a bowl. Be sure to wash your eggs before using them, as even seemingly clean shells can harbor harmful bacteria. It is best to use food grade detergents and a brush. Mix the eggs lightly with a fork. You donʼt need to beat them too much, the egg yolks should just mix with the whites.

Step 4

Step 4
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and add ham. Over moderate heat, fry the ham slices until lightly browned and fragrant. The upper diameter of my frying pan is 20 cm. Read about how to choose the ideal frying pan, as well as how to choose the right vegetable oil, in separate articles, links at the end of the recipe.

Step 5

Step 5
Turn the ham slices over to the other side.

Step 6

Step 6
Pour the egg mixture over the ham and add salt. If desired, you can add spices, such as ground black pepper.

Step 7

Step 7
Fry the dish over low heat, without covering the pan with a lid, until the eggs are cooked to the desired level. Choose the degree of frying of eggs according to your taste. You can fry the eggs completely or leave the eggs slightly runny on top.

Step 8

Step 8
Serve the eggs and ham immediately, sprinkled with finely chopped spicy parsley or fragrant dill. Bon appetit!
