Ground black pepper (for meat and sauce) to taste
Wheat flour 1 tsp
Butter 1 tsp
Honey 1 tsp
Chicken fillet 90 g
Cream (10%) 100 ml
Garlic powder to taste

I added plenty of freshly ground black pepper and garlic powder, but you can make a milder flavored sauce by adding less pepper. You can season with spices to your taste, such as paprika, thyme, rosemary, coriander, oregano. Heat the sauce to the desired thickness; if it turns out too thick, you need to add more cream.
