Ingredients (5 portions)

Basic:

Wheat flour 200 g
Butter (cold) 125 g
Water (cold if needed) 1 tbsp
Egg yolks 1 pc
Powdered sugar 2 tbsp
Jam (pumpkin or any of your choice) 100 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Letʼs prepare the dough.

Step 2

Step 2
Grind flour with butter until crumbly.

Step 3

Step 3
Add the yolk and powdered sugar.

Step 4

Step 4
Mix everything, if there is not enough moisture, then add 1-2 tbsp. l. cold water. The dough should be quite dense, gather in a lump, and be able to be rolled out. If the dough crumbles, it means it is dry (try to take a small piece of dough and roll it into a ball, if it works, then there is enough moisture, if it crumbles into crumbs, then add a little more water).

Step 5

Step 5
We collect the dough into a ball and put it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

Step 6

Step 6
Roll out the chilled dough into a layer 2-3 mm thick and cut out circles with a diameter of 3-4 cm.

Step 7

Step 7
We leave half of the circles untouched, and cut out faces from the other half, scary or cute to your taste :). To make cutting easier, circles of dough can be placed in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.

Step 8

Step 8
Collecting cookies. Place a teaspoon of jam on whole mugs (I used pumpkin jam, but any other jam to your taste will do).

Step 9

Step 9
Cover the top with mugs with faces and secure the sides with a fork.

Step 10

Step 10
Place on a baking sheet and bake at 190 C for about 10-12 minutes.

Step 11

Step 11
Let the cookies cool and serve. Bon appetit!
