Ingredients (20 portions)

Basic:

Salt 0.2 tsp
Sugar 120 g
Cinnamon (If you donʼt like cinnamon, you donʼt have to add it.) 2 g
Wheat flour 700 g
Butter 200 g
Eggs 2 pc
Vanilla 2 g
Baking powder 2 g
Jam (jam or marmalade should be thick) 100 g
Margarine 200 g

Using a fork, thoroughly beat soft butter, margarine, sugar, salt, eggs and spices. Add flour and baking powder. The result is a soft, loose dough that is easy to squeeze out of a pastry bag.

Place the dough in a pastry bag and pipe the cookies onto a greased baking sheet.

Spread the jam.

Bake for 20-30 minutes. at 250 gr. The cookies will increase in size.
