Garlic 1 clove
Salt to taste
Parsley to taste
Mayonnaise 1 tsp
Dill to taste
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp
Young zucchini 1 pc

How to fry zucchini simply and deliciously? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Choose young zucchini. I have a medium sized zucchini. It is more convenient when it is approximately the same thickness along the entire length, so it is better to choose even fruits. Mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream.

Wash the zucchini well, and be sure to dry it with a kitchen towel. Cut the zucchini into large rings, each about 1 centimeter thick.

Heat a frying pan (preferably a non-stick one) and lightly spray it with oil. You can do without oil altogether. Place the zucchini in a single layer. Over medium heat, fry one side of the squash until lightly browned.

Turn the squash over to the other side and cook until a fork inserts into the edge of the squash without much effort. At the same time, the zucchini should remain at the “al dente” stage (with a soft crunch).

Peel and crush one clove of garlic; for a more subtle taste, you can take half a clove. Finely chop the garlic, you can use a garlic press.

Take a container with a lid. Place the prepared zucchini in it.
