Garlic 3 clove
Salt to taste
Eggs 1 pc
Vegetable oil 20 g
Dry spices to taste
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Processed cheese 200 g
White bread 300 g

How to make sandwiches with cream cheese and garlic? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose processed cheese so that it can be grated. It is usually sold in small sticks.

To prepare the cheese spread, take a comfortable, spacious bowl. Grate the melted cheese into a bowl using a coarse grater.

Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Break one egg here and add mayonnaise. You can add a little salt and spices. My cheese was quite salty, so I didn’t add salt. But be guided by your taste. Mix all ingredients together until smooth.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and place slices of white bread with cheese spread on it. The bottom of the bread will be lightly soaked in oil and will brown and become crispy when baked. The sandwiches will turn out like toasted toast. Place the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 10-15 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
