Sift wheat flour into a deep bowl. Flour must be sifted before preparing any dough in order to saturate it with oxygen. This affects the quality of the prepared dough and the product made from it. Make a small depression in the middle of the mound of wheat flour.

Beat a chicken egg into a separate container, add salt and beat everything with a fork or whisk until the egg separates and the salt dissolves.

Pour the egg mixture into the well in the wheat flour. Add vegetable oil and cold, clean filtered water. Mix all ingredients with a spoon or spatula until the mixture becomes more uniform in consistency.

On a floured table, roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut it into narrow long or short strips, depending on how long you want to make homemade noodles.

The prepared noodles should be laid out on a board or other surface sprinkled with flour, leaving space between the strips so that the noodles do not stick together.
