Easy Grilled Pork Loin

Pork loin without marinating is easier to prepare than shish kebab. In this recipe, I suggest cooking pork loin on the grill without marinating. Pork loin is a part of the pork carcass that, in addition to meat, contains ribs, part of the spine and lard. The benefits of pork loin are due to the fact that it is very easily absorbed in the body. In addition, this meat contains B vitamins, which are important for the normal functioning of the nervous system and metabolism.

Olive oil 8 tbsp

Prepare all ingredients. Choose fresh meat, not soft. Rinse the meat under running water and dry with paper towels.

We divide fresh and clean loin into even steaks (in our case it turned out to be 5 pieces).

Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a container convenient for you, add olive oil and stir thoroughly. If you don’t have your own home, but a dacha, like ours, then pour the sauce into a container that is convenient for transportation and don’t forget to take a silicone brush, which we will use to brush the steaks during cooking.

We cook the loin on the grill and on the grill grate. We prepare coals from the wood of fruit trees, or from oak, birch and alder firewood. After the wood has burned out, arrange the steaks evenly on the grill. We place the grate on the grill so that it is convenient to turn it over during the cooking process.

Throughout the frying process, carefully coat the meat with sauce using a silicone brush on both sides until completely cooked. Frying time depends on the thickness and quality of the cut steaks.
