Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Garlic 3 clove
Salt to taste
Wheat flour 1 tsp
Water 2 cup
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Carrot 1 pc
Vegetable oil 30 g
Dry spices to taste
Chicken fillet 400 g

To prepare the gravy, rinse the chicken meat in running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Fry the chicken in a hot frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Fry the meat over high heat for 5-7 minutes until the pieces become a beautiful golden color.

While the chicken is roasting, peel the onions and carrots and rinse in water to remove any dirt. Cut the onion into half rings or a little smaller. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Add the chopped vegetables to the frying pan with the meat and fry everything together for 5 minutes.

Then add some tomato paste and a glass of hot water to the pan. Add a little salt and spices to taste. Mix everything well, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.

While the dish is simmering, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

For the gravy, stir a small amount of flour in a glass of cold water. Peel and chop the garlic.

Add the diluted flour and chopped garlic to the pan. Stir, bring to a boil and remove from heat. Place some pasta on plates, place pieces of meat on top and pour gravy on top. Serve the dish hot, sprinkled with some fresh herbs. Bon appetit!
