Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a salad with Chinese cabbage, sausage, cucumber and corn? Prepare your food. Boil the eggs in advance and cool. Place the corn in a sieve to drain excess liquid.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the cabbage carefully and dry. Finely chop the required amount. I love the top, green part of the leaves, so I cut the whole head of cabbage at once. But you can divide the cabbage into leaves and cut them completely.

Step 3

Step 3
Cut the sausage into medium cubes. I took Doctorʼs, but any boiled or boiled-smoked sausage will do.

Step 4

Step 4
Peel the eggs and also cut into cubes. The salad will look beautiful and neat if you cut all the ingredients into pieces of the same size and shape, so I cut everything into cubes.

Step 5

Step 5
Wash the cucumber, dry it and cut it into cubes again. Be sure to try to see if it is bitter — such a fruit will spoil the taste of the entire dish. If the skin is rough, cut it off with a vegetable peeler.

Step 6

Step 6
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and add the corn. Salt and pepper the salad to taste. Just keep in mind that mayonnaise will be added to it, which already contains salt.

Step 7

Step 7
The salad is ready, you can add mayonnaise to it and serve immediately. If you plan to serve the salad later, put the bowl in the refrigerator and season it just before serving—salads with fresh vegetables release juice quickly. Bon appetit!
