Squid, Carrot, and Cucumber Salad

How to make a salad with squid, carrots and cucumber? Prepare the necessary products. Thaw the squids first. You can take any onion: red or white. As a dressing, you can only use sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed in any proportion to suit your taste. This will make the salad less calorie.

Clean the squid. Peel off the skin and remove the chitinous plate inside the squid. Be sure to remove the thin transparent film. If you can’t do this right away, you can remove it after cooking. Place seafood in boiling salted water and bring to a boil. It usually takes about 1-2 minutes for water to boil. Keep the squid in boiling water for about 10 seconds and remove. Do not cook the squid for too long to prevent it from becoming tough. Cool the squids.

To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 7 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change. Peel the eggs and cut into strips.
