Mayonnaise (or more, to taste) 2 tbsp

How to make a salad with beans, Korean carrots and croutons? Prepare all the products that are listed. I used ready-made Korean carrots and canned red beans, so it only took me a few minutes to prepare. You can use store-bought crackers or make your own.

So, take a deep bowl of a suitable size. Place Korean carrots in it.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and add to the carrots. Which cheese is better to take? Any hard or semi-hard cheese is perfect for the salad. This time I have Gouda.

Drain liquid from canned beans. Drain the beans in a colander and rinse under running cold water. Gently shake the colander a few times to remove excess water (although you can skip this step and not rinse the beans). Place the beans in a bowl.

I made the crackers myself from three pieces of toaster bread. To do this, I cut the bread into small cubes of the same size and dried them in a frying pan, stirring constantly.

Rinse the greens and dry. What greens best complement a salad? You can safely use young onions, dill, parsley or cilantro.

Finely chop the greens and add to the salad.

Stir the salad, add salt to taste and serve immediately. Place a gravy boat with mayonnaise nearby.

Before the meal, add mayonnaise to the salad bowl and mix everything well. To taste, you can use more mayonnaise than indicated in the recipe. I like salads to have a minimal amount of different sauces, so I used 2 tbsp of mayonnaise.
