Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 4 clove
Salt to taste
Walnuts 100 g
Hard cheese 200 g
Parsley to taste
Salted cucumbers 4 pc
Mayonnaise 100 g
Chicken fillet 300 g
Prunes 200 g

Recipe instructions

Place the washed chicken fillet in a saucepan with boiling water, salt to taste and cook until done. When the fillet has cooled, cut it into cubes.

Dry the nuts in a frying pan for 2 minutes. Using a knife, chop the nuts into small pieces.

Cut the prunes into cubes.

We also cut the cucumbers into cubes.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Finely chop the parsley with a knife

Combine chicken fillet, nuts, prunes and cucumbers in a salad bowl, add finely chopped parsley and mayonnaise with garlic. Mix thoroughly.

Place the salad in the shape of a horseshoe on a flat plate. Carefully place the cheese on top of the salad. If desired, the salad can be decorated with chopped parsley and olives cut into circles. Horseshoe Salad is ready. Bon appetit.
