Smoked Turkey and Fruit Salad Delight

Hearty turkey salad with pineapple, apples and cheese. I spotted this salad a long time ago in a culinary magazine. You can take the brisket raw-smoked, boiled-smoked. You can also replace the turkey with chicken or pork tenderloin.

Basic:

Sugar (pinch) to taste
Ground black pepper (pinch) to taste
Apples (sweet and sour — Semerinka, Granny Smith) 2 pc
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Walnuts 120 g
Hard cheese 100 g
Parsley (curly) 20 g
Mayonnaise 125 g
Pineapples 300 g
Turkey fillet (smoked) 300 g

Cut the turkey into cubes. Drain the juice from the pineapples.

Grind the nuts in a blender.
