Cilantro, coriander 50 g
Butter 30 g
Pepper 0.5 tsp
Dry spices (Seasoning for fish) 1 tsp

Dill 50 g
Leek 150 g
Cream 100 ml
Mussels in shells 1 kg
Wine (dry white wine) 100 ml

Prepare all ingredients, defrost mussel shells. I throw butter into a heated frying pan.

Peel the leek, cut lengthwise, cut into quarter rings and add to the butter.
