How to make instant sweet cabbage? Prepare your food. Choose sweet, late autumn varieties of cabbage, it is the sweetest and juiciest. Take unscented vegetable oil. Table vinegar, 9%. It is better to use filtered or bottled water.

Tear off the top leaves of the cabbage. Finely chop the cabbage. You can use a special grater or shredder for cabbage, then it will be thinner and more tasty.

Mix cabbage and carrots in a bowl. While stirring, press lightly on the cabbage to soften it and reduce in volume.

Take a one and a half liter jar. Stuff the prepared cabbage into it properly. Put a small layer — crush it with your fist. All the cabbage should fit, which is why it had to be squeezed out in the previous step.
