Hard cheese 50 g

How to make turkey pasta in a frying pan? Prepare all the necessary ingredients according to the list. Rinse the turkey fillet under running water, dry with paper towels and cut into small cubes.

Peel the onions and finely chop with a knife. I used red onions, but you can use regular ones.

Then add the cooked turkey meat to the onion in the frying pan, add spices to taste: salt and ground black pepper. You can use any other seasoning if you wish.

Stir and fry the meat over medium heat, stirring occasionally with a spatula, for about 15 minutes. At the same time, boil the pasta. For this dish you can use absolutely any pasta according to your taste and availability, I used spaghetti. Of course, a product made from durum wheat is healthier. Pour water into a saucepan, add a pinch of salt and bring it to a boil. Place the pasta in boiling water, stir, bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for the time indicated in the instructions on the package. Leave the pasta slightly undercooked. Drain the water, place the pasta in a colander, and let the water drain.

Peel a couple of cloves of garlic and finely chop them with a knife or grate them.

Place pasta and chopped garlic in the pan with the turkey. Stir. Fry them together for about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat. Leave the dish covered for another 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, grate hard cheese and chop fresh parsley and dill or green onions with a knife.

Serve the turkey with pasta, sprinkled with hard cheese and herbs, green onions, and sesame seeds. Turkey macaroni and cheese can be prepared more often by expanding the range of vegetables in the composition, which in turn will change the taste, and by using different varieties and types of pasta, which will change the appearance of the dish.
