Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make French meat with mushrooms and tomatoes? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose boneless pork. Pork carbonate would be an ideal option. Cut it into portioned slices, 1.5-2 cm thick

Step 2

Step 2
Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Then finely chop the peeled onion. Heat the frying pan until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Add chopped onion and fry for a minute until translucent.

Step 3

Step 3
Rinse the champignons in running water and dry with paper towels. Then finely chop the mushrooms.

Step 4

Place the chopped champignons in the pan with the onions. Stir. Fry everything together for 3-5 minutes until the moisture evaporates. During frying, the mushrooms will shrink slightly in size. Sprinkle them with a little salt and spices, such as ground pepper.

Step 5

Step 5
Lightly beat the meat slices with a kitchen hammer. Any heat-resistant form is suitable for baking. Grease the bottom and sides of the mold with vegetable oil and lay out the chopped pieces of meat.

Step 6

Step 6
Grease each slice of meat with mayonnaise. You can add garlic for flavor. Place fried mushrooms on top.

Step 7

Step 7
Cut the tomatoes into slices and arrange among the mushrooms. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40-50 minutes.

Step 8

Step 8
During baking, juice will appear from the meat and it will have time to evaporate almost completely. The cheese will melt and begin to brown a little. Place the meat on a plate and serve. Bon appetit!
