Cheesy Juicy Chicken Chops

These chops are incredibly juicy and delicious. Iʼve been wanting chops for a long time. And finally my wish came true. I have never eaten anything more delicious... and perhaps never. They turn out so juicy, with a crispy crust and soft melted cheese inside, that you want to cook them every day.

Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Hard cheese 100 g
Chicken fillet 500 g

Batter:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Eggs 3 pc
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Flour 30 g

Measure out ingredients.

Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut it lengthwise into 3 slices.

Lightly beat each piece with a hammer on both sides.

Salt and pepper the meat.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Batter. Add flour little by little until the batter becomes quite viscous.

Combine eggs with mayonnaise, salt and pepper and mix well.
