Vegetable oil 30 g
Dry spices to taste
Chicken fillet 400 g
Starch 2 tbsp

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
To prepare the cutlets, prepare the necessary ingredients. The egg can be used in any size. You can take 1-2 onions. It will add juiciness to the cutlets. Peel it and rinse it in cold water. It is best to take chicken meat chilled and not frozen. Cutlets made from such meat will be more juicy. But if the meat is still frozen, then defrost it at room temperature.

Step 2

Step 2
Cut the chicken meat lengthwise into very thin strips, and then into very small pieces. For such fine cutting, the knife must be very sharp. For ease of cutting, the meat can be slightly frozen.

Step 3

Step 3
To knead the cutlet mass, prepare a spacious bowl. It can be glass or plastic. Place the chopped chicken in a bowl.

Step 4

Step 4
Chop the peeled onion as finely as possible and add it to the bowl with the chopped meat. Then add a little starch and add an egg.

Step 5

Step 5
Add a little salt and spices to taste. Mix everything well so that the ingredients are evenly distributed among themselves.

Step 6

Step 6
Heat a frying pan until hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Spoon a small amount of meat mixture into the hot pan. Press each cutlet a little to help it cook better. Fry the cutlets for 2-3 minutes on each side over medium heat.

Step 7

Step 7
The finished cutlets will become an appetizing, golden color and will smell very fragrant. Remove them to a small saucepan and cover with a lid. They have to lie down for a while and walk.

Step 8

Step 8
Serve the finished cutlets hot as a stand-alone appetizer or complement them with a side dish of spaghetti or mashed potatoes. Bon appetit!
