How to make minced meat cutlets in a frying pan? Prepare everything you need for this. Minced meat can be used from any type of meat. I take half the pork and the beef. You can prepare minced meat yourself by grinding the meat through a meat grinder or buy it ready-made.

To prepare the cutlet mass, take a deep bowl and combine both types of minced meat in it. Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and pass through a meat grinder or chop using a chopper. Add chopped onion to the bowl with the minced meat.
