Quick and Tasty Chicken Mayonnaise Cutlets

Salt to taste
Wheat flour 1 tbsp
Eggs 1 pc
Breadcrumbs 1 tbsp
Bulb onions 30 g
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Chicken fillet 350 g
Sunflower oil 3 tbsp

How to make chopped chicken cutlets with mayonnaise? Prepare all the products according to the list: chicken fillet (take chilled, cutlets from it will be juicier), egg, onion, mayonnaise (I have 67% fat), salt, oil with a high smoking point for frying, crackers.

Wash the fillet, remove excess fat and films if necessary, and dry with paper towels. Chop the meat very finely with a knife.

Wash the onion, peel and cut into small cubes. To prevent onion juice from irritating the eyes when slicing, I advise you to rinse the knife and onion with cold water.

In a deep bowl, combine chopped chicken fillet, onion, mayonnaise, beat the egg into the mixture and add salt. Mix thoroughly.

Add a spoonful of breadcrumbs to the mixture for viscosity and knead the minced meat well.

Pour the flour into a container convenient for breading (I used cling film for this purpose). Form into cutlets and roll in flour.

Heat a frying pan and add oil for frying. You can tell that the oil is hot enough by lowering a spatula into it. If bubbles gather around the shoulder blade, itʼs time to start frying the cutlets. Place the flour-breaded cutlets on the frying pan (not too crowded). Fry on one side until browned, about 3-4 minutes. I indicate approximate times, since everyone’s household appliances and frying pans are different.

Turn over and fry the second side for about 2-3 minutes, and then cook under the lid (you can add a little water, literally a tablespoon).
