Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make juicy chopped chicken breast cutlets? Prepare everything you need for this. Cutlets can be made from any part of the chicken. I will use breast fillets. My eggs are category C1.

Step 2

Step 2
Cut the chicken meat into small pieces. Try to cut it as small as possible. Place the finished chopped meat into a separate bowl.

Step 3

Step 3
Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Then chop the onion as finely as possible and add it to the bowl with the meat.

Step 4

Step 4
Next add finely chopped dill and eggs.

Step 5

Step 5
Add sour cream. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Add it to the bowl. Add a little salt and spices to taste. For spices I use ground pepper and a little paprika.

Step 6

Step 6
Add some flour to the bowl.

Step 7

Step 7
Mix all ingredients thoroughly until smooth. It is convenient to mix the cutlet mass with a large spoon. The mass turns out quite moist.

Step 8

Step 8
Heat a frying pan until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Spoon a little mixture into the pan and fry the cutlets on both sides for 2-3 minutes.

Step 9

Step 9
The finished cutlets will become an appetizing golden color. Chicken meat cooks quite quickly.
