How to fry juicy chicken cutlets in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients. The chicken fillet should be fresh and soft with a natural pink color. Rinse it under running water, dry it with a paper towel and cut into pieces.

Peel the onion, rinse and cut into several pieces. To prevent the onion from stinging your eyes when slicing, rinse it and the knife with cold water.

Pass the chicken meat through a meat grinder. Transfer the minced meat into a deep container. If the finished minced meat turns out dry, then you can add a little kefir to it. This will give the finished cutlets juiciness.

Pass the onion through a meat grinder. Combine the chopped onion with the minced meat and mix. To make the cutlets fuller, you can add some carrots and potatoes, as well as a loaf soaked in milk.
