How to make cheesecakes from kefir? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take soft cottage cheese, not coarse, but not raw, otherwise you won’t be able to turn them over and cook them later.

Place the cottage cheese in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Wash the egg thoroughly and break it into a bowl. For such a portion you need half a regular egg, I just took a small one.
