Quick Butter & Kefir Baked Donuts

Moderately sweet and spongy baked goods, quickly prepared. Donuts made with butter and kefir are prepared using baking soda. Therefore, you don’t have to wait long for the dough to rise. But it must be left alone for 20-30 minutes so that the dough can rest. After this, you can cut out the figures and bake. There is no need to lubricate the surface. These aromatic and soft donuts can be served with milk, tea, yogurt or juice.

Salt 0.25 tsp
Sugar 3 tbsp
Wheat flour 2 cup
Butter 50 g
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Chicken eggs 1 pc
Soda 0.5 tsp
Kefir 100 ml

Mix the egg with kefir, add soda and mix.
