Quick & Tasty Chicken Rice Burrito

A hearty snack for the family can be prepared in minutes!. The burrito turns out very tasty and filling. The filling for a burrito can be very varied, you can use other meat, and instead of rice, use boiled beans, you can also add vegetables, in general, use your imagination and get creative!

Ingredients (3 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 1 clove
Chilli to taste
Salt to taste
Bouillon (you can add water or not add it at all) 100 ml
Rice (boiled) 5 tbsp
Green onions (3-4 stems) 1 g
Hard cheese (You can use any, as long as it melts well) 70 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Chicken (boiled meat, any part) 200 g
Tomato sauce 3 tbsp
Tortilla 3 g

Finely chop the onion, garlic and chili pepper.

Fry the onion, garlic and chili in vegetable oil for 1 minute, add the chicken disassembled into fibers (I used boiled chicken thigh) and tomato sauce. Mix.

Add rice and a little broth. Mix thoroughly and heat the mixture for several minutes.

Add the grated cheese and stir until the cheese melts.

Place the filling on the tortillas and roll them into a roll. My tortilla is small in diameter, and I like to add more fillings, so I simply couldn’t roll the tortilla into a roll :)

Before serving, if desired, the roll can be fried in a dry frying pan. Bon appetit!
