Ingredients (4 portions)

Olive oil 50 g
Wheat flour (with a slide) 3 tbsp
Eggs 1 pc
Potato 2 pc
Carrot 1 pc
bell pepper 1 pc
Fish fillet (fillet of any fish that you like best) 400 g
Soy sauce (Kikkoman) 2 tbsp

Wash the fish fillet and dry with a paper towel.

Wash and peel potatoes, carrots, onions, bell peppers. Then pass the fish and vegetables through a meat grinder. Add greens if desired.
