Herb and Mozzarella Pull-Apart Bread

Incredibly beautiful, original and fragrant bread for any occasion! We made this bread for a camping trip and it was a great addition to grilled meats and sauces! It was something amazing — the aroma of herbs, garlic, butter and mozzarella — just a feast of taste! And it’s no more difficult to prepare than regular bread! Get your blender ready and go!

Ingredients (8 portions)

Basic:

Mozzarella 50 g
Olive oil 1 tbsp

For dough:

Wheat flour 600 g
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp
Water 200 ml
Milk 100 ml
Salt 1.5 tsp
Sugar 0.5 tsp
Olive oil 50 ml

For filling:

Garlic 2 clove
Parsley 0.5 g
Butter 150 g
Salt to taste

Letʼs prepare the dough, it looks like dough for pita bread. Mix all the dry ingredients, then add the liquid, knead well, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 50 minutes, then knead the dough and leave for another 30 minutes. The dough turns out pretty cool. Roll out to about 0.5 cm thick

Mix parsley, garlic, salt, butter in a blender

Spread the dough with filling

Cut into strips of approximately 5 cm

Fold like an accordion

Place the accordions in a mold greased with butter, and insert mozzarella, cut into thin slices, into the free pockets. For cheese lovers, you can use more cheese. Brush the top with olive oil

Place in the oven preheated to 200-210 degrees for 30-40 minutes, but use your oven as a guide! Bake until golden brown!
