Therefore, next time I increased the amount of cream by 1.5 times. The cake turned out to be more tender, aromatic and with a richer creamy taste, reminiscent of ice cream. It was in this version that it fully justified its delicious name Ice Cream. I think itʼs called that because it needs to be thoroughly chilled for 3-4 hours before serving. Then it becomes even tastier!
