Crunchy and Healthy Flaxseed Crackers

I love these crackers, they are very healthy and delicious! And how crunchy they are!! As always, Iʼm experimenting. I’ve come to this recipe for crackers that you eat and can’t stop. My husband and I ate them in one go and only then thought about the calories... So do it in reasonable quantities)

Ingredients (2 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Water 100 ml
Caraway 1.5 tsp
Rosemary 1 tsp
Rice flour 20 g
Flax seeds 50 g
Oat flour 50 g
