Ingredients (8 portions)

Basic:

Sugar 2 tsp
Wheat flour 280 g
Salt 1 tsp
Water 250 ml
Vegetable oil (for lubricating cling film) 1 tsp
Sunflower seeds 3 tbsp
Dry yeast 1 tsp
Flax seeds 3 tbsp

Sift the flour

Add sugar, salt, yeast, sunflower seeds and flax seeds to it. I added the Fitness mixture, in addition to the seeds, it also contains dry carrots

Measure out 250 grams of warm water

And pour it into the dry ingredients.

Mix everything with a wooden spoon. The dough will be sticky. Donʼt add anything!

Line a baking dish with baking paper and transfer the dough into it. Cover the dough with cling film greased with vegetable oil, otherwise the dough will stick to the film and be difficult to remove. Place in the refrigerator for 8, or more, hours. I make the dough in the evening and bake it in the morning

Here is our dough after 8 hours (the film was removed). Place the pan with the dough in a cold oven. Set the temperature to 220 degrees, time 30 minutes
