Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Salt 0.33 tsp
Sugar 90 g
Wheat flour 80 g
Butter 100 g
Vegetable oil (Needed for frying.) 2 tbsp
Chicken eggs 1 pc
Cottage cheese 600 g
Vanilla sugar 10 g
Berries (You can add more. As they say, you can’t spoil porridge with oil.) 150 g

Preparation and selection of products.

Mix all ingredients except berries.

Add berries and mix.

Place in small batches on a heated frying pan. You can roll it in semolina. You will get a crispy crust. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
