Ingredients (8 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Sugar (Sugar is added to the dough strictly according to the recipe. If you add more, the pancakes will burn quickly.) 2 tbsp
Apples 1 pc
Wheat flour 150 g
Bananas (Better ripe, but not dark) 1 pc
Eggs 2 pc
Vanilla to taste
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Soda 0.5 tsp
Kefir (Kefir for the dough should be at room temperature or a little warmer. Kefir replaces liquid, fats, and acid.) 250 ml

Prepare everything you need, sift the flour

Pour kefir into a bowl, add 2 eggs

Add sugar, a pinch of salt and soda

Beat with a mixer until smooth, about a minute.

Add flour, mix well. You can add a little vanilla for flavor.

Peel the banana and apple and grate on a coarse grater

Add grated fruit to the dough and mix well. When adding apples and other juicy fruits, the dough may become thinner. It also liquefies towards the end of cooking. You can always add more flour, regardless of the stage of preparation.
