Eggs 4 pc
Cottage cheese 120 g
Dry yeast 2 tsp
Wheat bran 50 g
Oat bran 80 g

Sprinkles:

Cilantro, coriander 2 tbsp

How to bake bread according to Dukan? Prepare all the necessary products. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance.

Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl: wheat and oat bran, dry yeast, salt and ground coriander.

Add eggs to dry ingredients and stir.

Place cottage cheese in a bowl.

Mix the contents of the bowl until smooth.

Place the dough into the loaf pan. I have a silicone one, so I didn’t lubricate it with anything. Grease the walls and bottom of a mold made of another material with vegetable oil. Sprinkle coriander seeds on top of the future bread. Bake the bread for about 40 minutes at 180°C. You can check readiness with a wooden skewer or toothpick. Insert a skewer into the middle of the bread and immediately remove it: if it is dry, the bread is ready; If there is dough left on it, bake the bread for another 5-10 minutes.
