Ingredients (9 portions)

Basic:

Salt 0.33 tsp
Sugar 135 g
Wheat flour 300 g
Butter 125 g
Eggs 1 pc
Egg yolks 2 pc
Sour cream 60 g
Baking powder 0.5 tsp
Cottage cheese 300 g
Vanilla sugar 0.5 tsp

First, letʼs prepare the dough. To do this, mix flour with baking powder.

Grind soft butter with sugar. Add egg, salt, sour cream to the oil mixture and mix with a mixer until smooth.

Add all the flour at once and quickly knead into a soft, homogeneous dough.

Letʼs put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

For the curd filling, mix all the ingredients and mash thoroughly with a fork. (It is better not to use a blender so as not to “liquefy” the filling.)

Divide the chilled dough into 9 parts.

Roll each into a flat cake 0.5 cm thick.

Place a full tablespoon of filling on one half and cover with the other half of the dough.

Place the juices on a baking sheet covered with parchment and brush with yolk and 1 teaspoon of water.

Bake the juices in the oven preheated to 200°C for 25-30 minutes. After 15 minutes, reduce the temperature to 180°C. Sprinkle the finished juices with cottage cheese with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
