Basic:

Salt to taste
Sugar 150 g
Wheat flour 2.5 tbsp
Butter 1 tsp
Water 50 ml
Vanillin 5 g
Eggs 1 pc
Cottage cheese 250 g
Black currant 50 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make steamed cheesecakes? If the cottage cheese is grains, mash it in any convenient way — with a fork, masher, etc.

Step 2

Step 2
Add 2 tsp to the bowl with the cottage cheese. Sahara. Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste.

Step 3

Step 3
Immediately add vanillin and salt to taste.

Step 4

Step 4
Now very quickly mix the bulk mixture with the cottage cheese, choosing a convenient type of mixing (even using a mixer). Beat the egg here.

Step 5

Step 5
And also mix everything very quickly and thoroughly to get a homogeneous mass.

Step 6

Step 6
Now gradually add flour to this mass. Put one tablespoon, stir and add the second, and then half, if necessary. You may need more or less flour. Focus on consistency. If the dough can already be divided into balls, it is ready.

Step 7

Step 7
After kneading the dough well, scoop out a ball with a tablespoon. Roll it in flour, which should be poured onto a cutting board, form it first with your palms, and then shape it — so that the cheesecakes look attractive and are the same size.

Step 8

Step 8
The steam grate of the multicooker should be greased with oil (you can also use vegetable oil, but if oil is not allowed, you can sprinkle the grate with flour) and place the cheesecakes in it (you get 7 pieces). Fill the multicooker bowl with water (according to the instructions) and, setting the “steam cooking” mode, cook the cheesecakes for 25 minutes.

Step 9

Step 9
At the same time, while the cheesecakes are cooking, prepare blackcurrant sauce — boil the berries in water with the remaining sugar to make something like a thin jam. Pour it over the cheesecakes.
