Cocoa (Into the dough.) 3 tbsp
Baking powder (Into the dough.) 1.5 tsp
Powdered sugar 3 tbsp
Chicken eggs (Into the filling.) 2 pc
Cottage cheese (Into the filling.) 300 g
Vanilla sugar (Into the dough.) 1 tsp
Heavy cream (Into the filling.) 100 ml
frozen cherries (Into the filling.) 100 g

We prepare the necessary products.

I pour all the bulk products, flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, vanilla sugar into the chopper bowl and put the cold butter cut into cubes. I grind everything into crumbs, starting at low speed, then increasing the speed.

I transfer the crumbs into a container and put it in the refrigerator.

To prepare the filling, place cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, cornstarch and vanilla sugar in the chopper bowl. I grind everything into a homogeneous mass.

I put 1/3 of the crumbs on the bottom, level it, put a layer of curd mass on the crumbs, then spread the cherries evenly over the entire surface. I repeat again, a layer of crumbs, curd mass, cherries. I spread the crumbs again as a third layer. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes to bake.
