Ingredients (12 portions)

For dough:

Sugar 200 g
Wheat flour 220 g
Butter 100 g
Milk 120 ml
Eggs 2 pc
Baking powder 10 g
Lemons 0.5 pc

For cream:

Powdered sugar 2 tbsp
Cream cheese 140 g

For decoration:

Dark chocolate 10 g
Food coloring 2 ml
Marshmallow 12 pc

DOUGH: Combine soft butter and sugar in a bowl.

Beat the butter and sugar with a mixer for a minute, then add the eggs and beat well again.

Add milk at room temperature, add lemon zest and juice. Mix everything at low mixer speed.

Add flour mixed with baking powder.

Knead into a homogeneous dough.

Place the dough into molds lined with paper capsules. You should get 12 cupcakes in total, each one will take about 1.5 tbsp. test.

Bake the cupcakes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Remove the finished cupcakes from the oven and let them cool completely.

CREAM: Combine room temperature cream cheese, powdered sugar and pink gel food coloring.

Approximately 0.5 tbsp. Place the cream in a separate bowl, add a couple of drops of red gel food coloring and stir until the color is uniform.

CUPCAKES: Spread the top of each cupcake with pink frosting.

DECORATION: Cut marshmallows like this: 6 pieces — lengthwise in half to make 12 “patch”, and another 6 pieces — in half and diagonally in half again to make 24 “ears”-triangles. Decorate the cupcakes with these preparations.
