Very simple, very fast, very tasty and very cheap! Lush kefir cakes in a frying pan are made from what you always have on hand. Theyʼre crunchy when fresh, but put them in a bag and leave them for a day and theyʼll soften. Serve with first and second courses instead of bread, with or without spreads!
