Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a no-bake cake Broken glass with jelly and cookies? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Sour cream is suitable for any fat content. Remove it from the refrigerator in advance so that it is at room temperature. Choose different colors of dry jelly to make the cake more colorful. I have jelly with raspberry (red), mango (yellow) and kiwi (green) flavors.

Step 2

Step 2
First make colored jelly. Prepare each type of dry jelly according to the instructions on the package. But take 2 times less water to make the jelly denser and more elastic. Then it will be easy to cut into pieces. I poured 135 ml of boiling water over each dry jelly and stirred well until dissolved (according to the instructions). Cool the jelly to room temperature, then refrigerate until set, about 3 hours.

Step 3

Step 3
Remove the frozen jelly from the molds and cut into small cubes.

Step 4

Step 4
Pour gelatin with cold boiled water (120 ml), stir and leave for 20 minutes until it swells.

Step 5

Step 5
Dissolve the gelatin in a water bath, stirring constantly until completely dissolved. You can dissolve gelatin over low heat. At the same time, do not forget to stir. Make sure that the gelatin does not boil, otherwise it will lose its properties. Cool the gelatin slightly.

Step 6

Step 6
Combine cold sour cream with sugar and beat at low speed with a mixer. If the sour cream is cold, then when combined with gelatin, unwanted lumps may form due to the temperature difference.

Step 7

Step 7
While whisking continuously, gradually pour the gelatin solution into the sweet sour cream in a thin stream. Whisk until it is evenly distributed throughout the entire volume of sour cream.

Step 8

Step 8
Place multi-colored jelly cubes and cookies into the sour cream mixture with gelatin. Mix everything quickly. The mass will begin to thicken noticeably.

Step 9

Step 9
You can take a domed mold for dessert. To make the dessert convenient and easy to remove, first cover the mold with cling film. Pour the resulting mixture into the mold and smooth it out. Refrigerate the cake until set, about 5 hours.

Step 10

Step 10
Turn the finished dessert over onto a plate and remove the film. Cut the cake into pieces and serve. Bon appetit!
