How to make curls from puff pastry with sugar? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. It is very convenient to use ready-made puff pastry. I always try to keep a pack in the freezer as a spare. Puff pastry is usually sold frozen, so remove it from the freezer in advance and leave it at room temperature to thaw.

Sprinkle the table with a little flour and roll out the soft puff pastry to a thickness of 1-2 mm.

Sprinkle the surface of the dough with sugar.

Roll the dough, starting from both sides towards the center. Apply a little water at the center to ensure the halves come together.

Cut the folded dough into pieces 1.5-2 cm wide. Roll each piece in sugar on all sides.

Cover a baking tray with parchment and place the prepared curls on it. Place the curls at a small distance from each other, as they will increase slightly in size during baking. Place the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. When baking, use your oven as a guide.
